"I couldn’t be more pleased with the TPO flat roof installation completed by ARHT Solutions! I got my shingles replaced by a different company, but the company didn't do work on the rolling roof. As a result, I ended up getting some leaks and hire a different company to address the problem. I got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with ARHT because of their track record and fair price for the job. From start to finish, the ARHT team was professional, organized, and efficient. We were able to get get the estimate, draw up a contract and get financed in about two hours. After a brief wait for the weather to warm up a bit, I was able to get the new TPO flat roof system and gutters installed in just about two weeks. I really like that ARHT doesn't outsource their labor - the roofer who completed the job, Juan, was directly trained and employed by ARHT. Juan arrived on time, worked diligently, and impressively completed the job in just one day. He kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring I understood the progress and timeline. Not only did he do excellent work, but he also left the site spotless before leaving. "I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

"Interviewed 4 premium companies for removal and replacement of 2+ year old asphalt shingles from a single family home. ARCH Exteriors proved themselves to be head and shoulders above the competition in terms of professionalism, technical expertise and product quality. Unlike all others, we were visited by the Owner (a Select Shingle Master - top 1% of Roofing Business) - instead of sales staff, looking to close a deal before leaving. Sam (Owner) spent considerable time up on the roof, assessing our situation - before coming inside to discuss details. Instead of simply launching into a canned sales presentation of the roofing replacement process, he carefully listened to our objectives and concerns as they related to the tension between warranty assurances and price. This was extremely important in our instance, since we wanted a quality product/transferrable warranty that balanced out with the rest of our high end renovation - at the most competitive price possible. The work crew of approximately 6 men arrived promptly at 7:15 a.m. on the day of scheduled installation. All roofing/plywood was stripped, and an entire new plywood underlayment with CertainTeed Roofing System installed. The entire project took approximately 6 hours, and was conducted in a no nonsense and focused manner. The landscaping was respected, and grounds cleaned thoroughly after the project's completion. Sam (Owner) was present at the project's beginning and performed a final walk thru later in the afternoon. The result was a CertainTeed Landmark Pro Architectural Shingle System with 50/25 year transferrable warranties on shingles/labor respectively (5 star - one of the best in the residential industry). This provided us the peace of mind in knowing we received both a superior product and workmanship (Select Shingle Master - which absolutely must not be overlooked). We now enjoy the beauty of a superior roof, with the assurance of a smooth transfer of warranty to the new owners - when we sell our home within the next 10 years. Many companies sell shingles and roof replacements. "Jesse was very responsive and performed a quick repair after a windstorm to prevent further damage while we were preparing for a full roof replacement. His proposal was very competitive and thorough. Jess kept us up to date on the schedule and when the team would be available to complete the work. They arrived around 7:30am, brought extra people and worked late to complete the full roof replacement in one day due to rain that was forecasted for overnight. This included ripping off all of the old shingles and tar paper, repairing some damaged sheathing, replacing all of the drip edge, tar paper, ice guard, and new architectual shingles. During the installation, the team accidentally dented one piece of the fascia and Jesse replaced it at no cost immediately. I would highly recommend Jesse and his team if you are considering a roof repair or full replacement. Very professional, responsive, and competitive on their pricing."
