There is a reason that C&C has all 5 Star ratings because he obviously consistently provides quality work for a fair price.  It's hard to improve on the wording of the previous reviews, I agree with all of them.  Chase's level of customer service is something from the past, few take the time to deliver this attention to detail and his attention to detail makes a difference.   His knowledge and experience in the industry is critical to the quality of the end product, how long this will last and proves this isn't a guy with a pressure washer in the back of his truck. "When I initially hired these guys to clean my gutters and downspouts, and do some minor repairs, as a one off, they did a decent job, and for a relatively good price. I signed a contract with them for multiple cleanings the following year. They didn't do a very good job, and didn't even unclog multiple downspouts. They informed me that 2 of my downspouts needed to be replaced, and they could not clean them. After some back and forth, I agreed to pay for the new downspouts, and they put them in for me, but they didn't do all the work they discussed with me, in great detail, and it took them a couple months. It has been about 4 months since I first tried to get an explanation of why they didn't clean my downspouts in the first place. Just an ok experience."
