"I lived in this house for 20+ years. The basement was always damp and at some points flooded. Since the work was done, the basement has been bone dry for 2+ months. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it as I'm so used to the basement being wet when it rains. I'd recommend them to anyone. The crew, headed by Philip, truly worked their butts off. "Access did an excellent, professional job. We chose Access because, even though they cost a bit more than other estimates we obtained, they acted as something close to general contractors. They took care of obtaining and scheduling electricians and plumbers, for example. Their knowledge of the type of work that we needed and the nature of our problem was impressive, and the owner was willing to spend the time to carefully explain the problem and the proposed cure. We had a water remediation system installed with a pump and marine battery backup. The work crew was totally professional. They knew exactly what to do and explained what they were doing.
