"I hired William and his team a few years ago. They did a great job. When I needed recently to replace a large chunk of drywall and waterproof external wall, his name and Dependable Services was first to come to my mind. As before, they did a great job inside and outside. They carefully covered everything in the room as well as the whole pathway from the front door to the room where the work was to be done. After completion, they cleaned everything. If I need to do anything else in the house, they would be the team to get the job."

"Back in August of 2025 J&R was contracted by my HOA to help in our daughter's closet after we found signs of old water damage from before the roof remodel. They did such a great job not only finding and eliminating mold we didn't know was there but on the rebuild (which they were seperately contracted again by the HOA) they not only replaced everything the way it was they went the extra step to paint the wall the color we were planning to do before we found the water damage. A few months later I came home to find standing water around my water heater. Given my first experience I called J&R right away. They guided me the process, explaining I should replace the water heater first and once in they'd come out for the remediation. Plumber came next day, J&R the following day after that. My wife and I had just had our 3rd daughter, and my only concern was a safe environment for the new baby and my family and if possible, to be restored by Christmas. "Have used this roofer for over 10 years and have always been happy until having a roof-a-cide treatment and subsequent pressure cleaning of our pool pavers recently. We have before and after pictures of the pavers, they are damaged by the roof-a-cide and/or the pressure cleaning. Unfortunately the company is taking no ownership of the resulting aftermath of the treatment. Sometimes you find out more about a company after something goes wrong."

"Terrible experience with this company and its ownership. I put my trust in them for a significant home investment, but in under a year, the roof they installed began leaking badly. When I tried to get assistance, I was met with little to no response, and the attempted fixes were ineffective. My calls and service requests were largely ignored, and their warranty proved to be worthless. Getting a clear or helpful answer from anyone there felt nearly impossible. To make matters worse, their contract includes a clause requiring disputes to be handled in West Palm Beach, which seems intentionally set up to make it costly and inconvenient for customers to pursue any legal action. Overall, extremely disappointing?I would strongly caution others before doing business with them."

"Called after hours, because the ac unit kept cycling on and off. Southern Comfort arrived on time and were very personable and were able to resolve our problem immediately. Extra points for cleaning up after the job. We will definitely be using them in the future when needed."
