"When we first contacted Flavio, he got back to us right away. Within a couple of days he came out to look at the yard and give us a quote on keeping it maintained monthly. Upon arrival at our home, he was very nice and straightforward. We discussed what we expected out of a lawn care company and he was very willing to fulfill our lawn care needs. He gave us an extremely fair quote for monthly service in which he would come twice a month in the winter and three times a month in the summer in order to keep our lawn in tip top shape. The first time his crew came, it wasn't exactly what we wanted (not all the debris was cleaned up off the ground). However, we called Flavio and told him we were unhappy and he came out the same day to check his guys work. He was not rude or confrontational at all. On the contrary, he was eager to have his guys come back out and pick up the rest of the debris in order to make us completely satisfied with the job. He had his crew come back the next week and they did a great and thorough job! Our yard was a mess and he decided to not charge us an initial clean up charge but instead have his crew work on different sections of our yard little by little in order to get everything neat and tidy without the extra cost to us. Not only has he provided nice and prompt service, he also let us borrow a pump so that we could empty an old pond we have on the property so that he could come back and fill it in for us later. Overall, we have been very pleased with Flavio's service.

"The whole experience was amazing. Bob came on time for our initial consultation and realized very quickly what my vision was. He sat down with me with books and pictures of different plants, bushes and trees and described each in detail. He indicated what plants would work best with our weather and sunlight exposure. The job was finished very quickly because there were many workers put on the job. Bob was very accessible during the whole process, either answering the phone when called or promptly returning calls. After the work was done, I had a question about one of the plants and Bob took the time to come by to talk with me about it. I am so very happy and proud about how the front and side yards look.
