He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"Very well. They were 15 minutes early, well prepared, and only took about 60-90 minutes. We came home to find the carpets drying with fans on in all rooms and plastic/styrofoam under all the furniture they had moved. The carpets look great!! We moved into this house with off-white carpet (who would choose that?!) with 2 little boys and a dog, so we had coffee stains, juice stains, pet stains, etc. and they're all gone.
