Thankfully, Chris was able to come out on short notice and take a look at it for us! He was incredibly friendly and professional. He showed us a picture of the roof where it was leaking (it was a simple, unfinished caulking situation), grabbed his caulk gun, and hopped on the roof to repair it right then and there! A few days after he repaired our roof, we were hit with a pretty severe thunderstorm, and Chris' fantastic work held up perfectly! We are so appreciative of the work he did for us, and we plan to use this business for any of our future roofing needs!"

"We had questions about the work since they cut up our old cover and used part of the pipe with the new install and the install was not very attractive. Was not at all like the photos of the work they would do which we were shown when getting the estimate. When asking to talk with Ron about the install he was very unprofessional, disrespectful and condescending. He would not talk with us and just accused us of trying to get out of paying for the job. We just wanted to discuss the work and why it was different than expected and Ron was argumentative and disrespectful. We have never been treated so badly in our own home. We paid him and asked him to leave. A customer should be able to ask questions and discuss the work which was done and not be treated with such disrespect and accused of trying to get out of paying."

"Chris and his helper came out to grind the stump of a 6 foot wide maple stump. We are having concrete patio poured over the spot of the stump. He went down about a food and ground out all the stump and all of the runners. They were done in a couple of hours even after grading the spot. No damage to our lawn where he drove the grinder. Very pleased with his work. Price was a lot cheaper than I expected. We will use them again."
