Had to call to remind them to do the things we had discussed to improve the lawn on several occasions. We decided to let them do some landscaping and I should have known better when I never got a final drawing of the plan. I trusted them. It looks pretty amateur and I am very disappointed in the final outcome. They didn't follow the plan when it was finally done. They used plants I didn't want and said I would pay for them anyway. They ruined some of my neighbors yard and were very sloppy with their equipment. My yard looked terrible after the landscaping and they never fixed it despite asking them to do so. Very disappointed."

"I contacted Wright Outdoor Solutions late on a Wednesday afternoon because we had a branch that started cracking, was sitting over the power line, and looked like it would go at any moment. They called me back first thing on Thursday and within an hour, someone was out to assess the situation and provided a quote. Even though their schedule was quite busy they squeezed us in and were out Friday. "Ankeny Grass Cutters showed up when they said they would, they did a great job, they cut my grass at the desired length of 2 1/2 inches, cleaned out my flower beds from last season so now I can finally get my tomatoes in and flowers after all the rain. They <br /> <br />also trimmed my out of hand shrubbery and trees. Pulled weeds around my pond and cleaned off my patio and surrounding areas with leaf blower. Plus they had to pick up a lot of debris from trees and the stuff my lab that likes to carry all over likes logs and her toys left outside and leave them all over the yard! Very Happy.     <br />"
