"I hired Bio Lawn to do regular lawn maintenance in about March of 2018 and for the first year they provided fairly decent and service. However in May of 2019 they performed the regularly-scheduled lawn treatment and shortly aftewards large swaths of my lawn began to die. Now obviously I can't definitively say the treatment was the cause, the grass was in excellent health right up until that point. I then contacted Bio Lawn to inform them of this and tell them to investigate the cause of my grass dying in hopes that they might fix it. A few days later, a representative of Bio Lawn responded to me after checking out my lawn and determined that Bio Lawn was not at fault and would therefore neither attempt to repair the damaged spots or provide a refund for the treatment. This representative even had the audacity to imply that I killing my own lawn by improper mowing. To note, I have been mowing my lawn in the same manner for many years with the same mower with no issues. Needless to say, I found all this to be completely unreasonable and subsequently canceled all contracts with Bio Lawn. I would strongly caution future customers as their customer service and communication leave much to be desired."

"It went very well! Lewis Services is prompt and professional. They take pride in their work and do a wonderful job! We have used other lawn companies before to mow for us and they would come when they felt like it, whether the grass needed to be mowed or not. "As always, Jeff Walton and the crew of the Dulles Care of Trees did a stellar job! <br /> We had been watching the tree in question per instructions from Jeff (and had some preventative maintenance done) but the emerald ash borer disease that is spreading across Northern Virginia finally claimed our ash tree. <br /> We signed a contract for the removal of the tree and the crew was out within a week.  The crew arrived promptly as scheduled.  It was a difficult removal because while the tree was on our property, it was right up against the fence line and a good portion of the tree extended over the fence and into our neighbor's yard.  The crew spoke with our neighbor (who knew they were expected that day) and asked permission to access his yard. <br /> The Care of Trees crew took apart a portion of our neighbor's fence to allow their equipment to cross the yard.  They also laid steel plates down to protect the lawn.  When the work was said and done, you never would have known they were there (with the exception of the large pile of free mulch they gifted our neighbor -- he spent the weekend happily spreading it throughout his gardens!).  The fence was put back to its original state and the grass looked undisturbed. <br /> On our side, the only way you would know a tree ever existed was that a ground level stump remains (whose removal is the second step of the process).  This was also proof of the care (no pun intended) that these fellows take as they had to work around massive arborvitae to get at the ash tree and they were also undisturbed. <br /> The Dulles Care of Trees staff (from front office staff to tree trimmers) are an exceptional group of people.  They are all exceptionally friendly, thoroughly knowledgeable and can be trusted with your most prized trees and shrubs.  We have been working with them for years and look forward to working with them for years to come. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The services was mostly good, I know that when you call them, you have to leave a message, when you don't get a person right away, you'll leave a message on the phone and then they call you back which is kind of a pain sometimes. We had a package that they go all, from spring, summer and fall, they do all the lawn treatments that go through that with aerating and fertilization. They don't cut or anything, they just do the seeding and stuff like that. Their last service was probably a week or two ago, they came out and did a treatment on it. It's a package deal and I think their price was a little high."
