"We hired Hiram Land and Timber to remove a large tree as well as prune many of the trees on our property. We were very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work done. They came on time, worked diligently to complete the job including grinding the stump and cleaned everything beautifully - our yard never looked so good! They are the only tree service we will use in the future!"

"The tree was removed but the experience was not pleasant. On the day before the tree removal, the USAF person said if I wanted them to take away the debris, they would charge more. If they left them along the curb, there would be no extra charge. So I asked them to leave the debris along the curb. However, township refused to collect the debris because the trunk diameter is bigger than 6". I then contacted USAF, asking them why they didn't cut the trunk into smaller ones. The same USAF person said, "sorry, we can't change the diameter of the tree". While I didn't know the township regulation, I assumed they as professionals should know it. If township doesn't collect the debris, why leave them there? In sum, my experience w/ USAF is that other than money, they have very low (if any) interest in customer experience. I am giving them a D because of their poor customer service."
