"Mr. Lewis was easy to work with. A 7 to 10 day project took much longer because the crew did not show up when they could have worked. I had to call to get any action. Not sure of quality of paint (stain) but metal roofing paint only has a 3 year warranty. The same amount of energy is expelled placing a 10 or 15 year coating. I never haggled Mr. Lewis about his price. I certainly should have gotten a better quality paint. Also, roof was first to be checked for loose nails/screws. I saw 1 worker check and re-nail only one small area of the roof. Anything that was loose was to be removed and replaced with a fresh screw- one linger and with a larger diameter. I never saw that done."

I had previously put in a call to my long time roof repair company but they never called back, so I reached out hoping to get someone to return my inquiry. He had no problem scheduling our first assessment meeting during the weekend. I had one big issue after the job was completed which Lucio fixed as quickly as he could. He was always on time for our appointments and his team showed up an hour earlier than expected to get started on the job which was on a Saturday due to previous rainy weather. He did not hesitate to return my very upset call for the problem and came back that Sunday to correct.
