"The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."

"Excellent Terry Hughes came out and gave estimate and I received a beautiful proposal that spelled out everything accepted and within a matter of a week I had a beautiful new roof all employees were excellent and everything was cleaned up and it was dusky so they came back next day to make sure everything cleaned up. Terry has been in area for many years and his work is great. He also did my gutters and my skylights and love his work When I need windows and doors will use Terry Hughes"

"I found A2Z on Angie's list. If you've never found someone there, you can click 1-4 contractors for a job and they should all call you. A2Z was the only one that called and they called within an hour! It was actually a representative of the company, ya know like they have a legit business. It wasn't the same person that fixes stuff, and answers the phone, and schedules appointments etc. An assistant or office manager called me. She was very Friendly and professional.
