I called and requested an estimate and a day later Jay was at my house (as scheduled) with shingle samples and other handouts explaining all of the material that Style Exteriors use when replacing a shingle roof. Due to a leak on in the old roof, I asked that a tarp be installed to cover the damaged area and that was done the day after we signed the agreement for the work to be done. The installation crew showed up about 15 minutes early and when Jay arrived to oversee the job, the tear off and replacement of the roof began.
