We’ve learned a lot about our Northeast customer base over the past 9 decades like what they expect from the effectiveness of our services to what they need from our Customer Service Representatives and Service Professionals in the field.

"They were willing to come on an as-needed basis for wasps, but I was chagrined to hear that we couldn't hire JP Pest just once to take care of existing mice. They said that the only way they treated those was with a yearly contract that includes quarterly monitoring. They said there really was no other way because new mice would just replace the old quickly. However, the yearly contract would include not just rodents but also the bees and wasps, ants and spiders. In the end, after calling around, I agreed to the yearly contract, which was reasonably priced. JP Pest uses the least toxic and most humane methods they can. And bonus: the tick population seems to have declined measurably with the disappearance of the mouse colonies."

"Worst place ever to call for your chimney service. The owner is the rudest person in earth. Run from this company. Would have given negative stars if possible. The outside of our chimney looks horrible and $5,200 were paid for something that looks cheap. Prices are ridiculous. I tried getting into an agreement with Dave but he obviously doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I will be uploading pictures soon and the text messages too. Run away"
