"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. "Originally, we were scheduled to have our roof inspected on January 10, but due to an ice storm it was not actually inspected until January 24. The owner came out finding that the roof was in pretty good shape. However, some of the roof caps on the various ridge lines needed to be replaced. He also found that the sealant around the pipes coming through the roof had cracked and could be letting in water from either rain or snow. The Technician came out the next day and repaired everything. He also cleaned out the gutters which were long overdue to be cleaned."

"Bevin's did a very professional job. They striped off all the existing shingles, repaired some water damaged roof decking, and installed new shingles. They worked diligently from early morning until sunset. It was a 3-1/2 day job on a 2-1/2 story house. When the work was complete they cleaned up all the mess and the only evidence they had been was a great looking new roof and their sign at the road. Work was completed at the estimated cost. I would recommend them to friends and would use them again in the future."

The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! "They removed the roof and they replaced it. They also replaced the wood trim that was wrapped around the roof too. Workers were prompt in the morning and had the old roof off in about 2 hrs. There was extensive wood rot to the fire resistant plywood, but they handled it like professionals. Because so much wood had to be replaced they barely got done before the sun went down but someone from the company came out the next morning to make sure my property was cleaned and clear of all debris."

"Hire this Contractor!! Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Mike and crew were superb workers, tidy, punctual, and tenacious when it came to getting a difficult job completed. We are extremely pleased with the work. They replaced the main house roof shingles, repaired a carport that had some rotten rafters, sheathing, and facia, put on a really nice TPO sheathing designed for a low-pitched roof. All wood was wrapped, and gutters installed. The detailed processes for all work was phenomenal. Mike oversaw all details, as well as doing much of it himself. Mike's crew did excellent work even when Mike wasn't present, and they were extremely courteous and respectful, and took a lot of pride in their work. The place was left clean each day, all debris carried away, nails picked up, walkways, deck, driveway swept and blown off. It was such a pleasure to have a Contractor do precisely what they say they can, and even do it better than you expect."
