"Mark arrived inspected the house and wrote something in a notebook then told me he would send me an estimate in a day or so. A week went by no estimate, no communication so I called him only for him to say he would get it to me that evening. I wait another 3 days and still no estimate. If this is how he communicates for just an estimate I can imagine how he would be on the job. A professional courtesy would've been just to say I cannot give you an estimate or am not willing to do the job either way I wouldve respected that instead of lying or stringing a potential customer along. I will not do business or recommend him to anyone."

"I found Don Localio "This Old house Painting on Angie list. He came out and gave me an estimate to do the job. I wanted my house and garage painted by hand not sprayer.He provided that service. I got estimates from other companies, but the wanted to use spray guns. One we agreed on a price . He power washed the house and prepared the surface for painting. He moved very quickly, despite the heat wave that we have here in Houston. I would recommend him to anyone.
