Then, the city replaced our sidewalks last year and the fill they put in was horrible and we got a lot of crabgrass from that and the person that does our lawn actually stopped by and was inspecting all the lawns that he handles and noticed that. He then came out within a couple of days and did a couple of free treatments to take care of all of that for us. I have been using them for 5 years. They probably did the fall treatment in September 2011. I would use them again."

First, it took an additional call to have it done, because, apparently, he forgot about our conversation. Second, we received the bill for services about 6 months later when I already forgot the details of our deal. Poor record maintenance, I suppose.
