"Do you have a yard full of bark chips (or weeds), and you’d like a lovely landscape instead? Calling RCS Landscape is a good start. After contacting 7 landscapers through Angie’s List (3 of whom never called me back), I got 4 quotes for work in my back yard. Ricardo’s was the most reasonable, and he was able to start work sooner than the others. He answered all my questions as the job progressed. I have difficult access to my back yard, and Ricardo and his team were willing and able to work with it. They did a professional job on my retaining wall and paver path and patio, plus they were very patient in helping me place my boulders. In addition, they were personable, considerate of my neighbors and cleaned up after themselves. There were a couple of things that did not get communicated during my project. While Ricardo was able to fix one of them, it was too far along in the project to fix the other. I chose to do my own planting and mulching. With the professionally installed hardscape already in place, the end result is a serene and delightful spot I now call My Happy Place. My friends and family love it too! I would definitely put RCS Landscape on the list of people to call if I needed more work done."

Milwaukie has a new policy for obtaining tree removal permits on private properties – one of the strictest around. Arregreen Tree Solutions worked patiently with the City, going back and forth between communications and amendments, as well as updating me of the permit status and the process along the way. When we finally got the green light, Arregreen Tree Solutions was able to immediately start on the project. The crew was efficient and thorough, and made sure there was no damage nor mess to the property, at every step of the way – even during stump grinding! We also had a tall (very dead) Cedar tree that was in a very precarious location because of it's proximity to 3 other houses, ours and 2 of our neighbors, we also had his crew take down a tall and overgrown Laurel hedge. We went with Gold Tooth out of the 3 bids we had received not only because they were very competitively priced, mainly because of David's confidence in taking on this project! We had had other contractor's pass on this job or give such an exorbitant quote because of the difficulty and dangerous nature of cutting down the Cedar tree. They were finished in 1 day, cleaned up professionally and did a superb job, far exceeding our expectations! We are very pleased with the results and we love having our backyard back and no longer have to worry about that dead Cedar tree falling over in a wind storm."

Tom Burke, the owner of Tree Masters, did an apprenticeship program with a very prestigious tree service in Marin County California where he grew up. He was apprenticed in correct pruning and shaping procedure, standard arboriculture techniques for general tree trimming and hazardous tree removal jobs around houses, structures and wires. He and his crews are professional at any tree related job they take on and are very meticulous about cleaning up the surrounding landscape following a large job.
