"Fil and his crew did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom; tile from flor to ceiling, floor tile, new plumbing and sink installation. He and his crew were prompt and professional, starting two days after Christmas. Condo is a historic building that had hidden issues related to previous renovation. Schedule was impacted by unanticipated changes, but the crew worked until everything was completed. Cost was reasonable, too include a change order for an emergency repair unrelated to the bath remodel. Fil was responsive to my questions and provided cost saving recommendations. "The work was completed in the time frame we had discussed which they knew was very important. The team was very hard-working, focused, knew what they were doing. The house was  built in 1910 - so there are plaster walls, cracks on walls and ceiling that needed patching and sanding, what seems like a million windows and window panes, radiators, etc. - not an easy job at all. We had a bit of an issue with the initial pricing - but I knew the price we agreed upon in the end was fair since I had another quote. When the work was done, after a day when I looked around I saw a few places that needed touch-ups or paint scraped - not any major issues, but enough to ask them to come back. They came back immediately. I recommend them and their work. Make sure you define the work you want done clearly - getting a good detailed quote is a 2 way street. If you have any concerns, ask that someone from the work crew confirm the price before you commit.
