They power washed, scraped, replaced boards as needed, caulked, primed, and painted the exterior of our home. Every step was done with attention to detail and professionalism. "Scott did an excellent job painting and repairing the walls in my 1890's Victorian home. He was on time, clean, pleasant, and worked every day. He was careful to tell me ahead of time what he could or could not do. As you may know, old homes such as these require special attention. The original baseboards, chair rails, and multi-layered moldings were caulked in every small seam before painting: They look brand new. Some baseboards that were warped and pulling away from the wall were removed from the lath-&-plaster, the wall scraped and sanded, reattached, allowing for a neat seam along the wall and paint interface. Dental trim was painted such that the right amount of shadow emphasized the detail. He repaired a very bad wall overlying a chimney by placing a 1/8" plasterboard over it. He hand scraped some oak-paneled doors and refinished them. The one door that could not be done perfectly he warned me about ahead of time. He has a very good eye for color. He repaired 2 fairly long cracks in the plaster lathe walls by removing the larger area of unattached lathe, screwing the remaining wall down, and patching with wallboard. He did NOT just scrape out the crack and refill it with sparkle, as most other would have done. He did the right job so it won't happen again. He cleaned up every day and was done a week ahead of schedule."

"The guy who did the power washing, and the sub contractor who did all of the painting, were great, and did an amazing job. I was new to this, and didn't realize that I should have found a smaller company, who actually does the work, instead of paying a much higher price, for quoters, project managers, etc. One of my neighbors tried to help me out, by letting me know that I could have saved a lot of money by doing this, but it was too late. So I recommend to anyone needing painting done, to find a smaller company, where the owner is the quoter, estimater,, project manager, and actually does the work, etc. rAlso I had a big problem with communication with the "quoter" for the company, and him not doing what he said he was going to do. I was going to cancel the project, but the owner of the company came out with the "quoter" and smoothed things over with me. The main reason that I didn't cancel with this company, was because they did offer financing, (one year, same as cash), and because I have already paid for a lot of projects, and still have more to do. But I could have paid probably half of the price to a "sub contractor. " I just recommend that you research companies, and take some time to think about it, before you agree to anything."

He matched the paint for my grade-line door to the new front door I had had installed, and made that old grade-line door look like new! The awning, door trim, and garage door all look fantastic as well. Throughout the process, Jeffrey was professional, attentive, courteous, and tidy.
