"This company responded within a few hours of my request for bid. In fact, they were the only one of three companies to respond at all. Since they were my first choice, it was good to know I chose wisely :) Service person arrived on time, professionally dressed/equipment clean and in good repair. Very reassuring. He was careful and thorough, even cleaning stray sticks off the roof while he was cleaning the gutters. Courteous, answered questions and detailed everything he had done. Even more amazing, he cleaned up the area and removed debris. Definitely would recommend this company!"

"They replaced a Draft Inducer Motor on my Trane XR95 furnace. The replacement motor was an OEM Fasco BLW01139 that averages about $300. It took them about 90 minutes to complete and they charged me $983.82. Overpriced I will not be using Thermal again."
