"These guys are great! I never write a good review because I have had nothing but problems just trying to get someone to do minor plumbing or construction type repairs on my home and my mom's home. I called and there were so polite. Eddie, the gentleman who went out to my mom's, emailed me a professional quote the same day. They listed each thing, including the cleanup with the roller and the huge bin that would be in her driveway. I called on on Monday, April 7, got the quote the same day and set up appointment for the next Monday. They were there at 8:00 a.m., with the bin and 6 workers. They took ONE DAY to complete a brand new roofing project for a 1500 sq ft home. I was very impressed because they kept their word, worked fast and hard and did a real quality job. "Texas State Roofing did an OUTSTANDING job from start to finish. We have a large, multi-faceted roof that was damaged by Hurricane Harvey. From the beginning, they showed professionalism, promptness, and care. Gilbert, the rep we dealt with was knowledgeable, sincere, and accessible. He took the time to ensure our questions were answered, followed through on any issues, and made us feel secure that we were in good hands. He met with the engineer that our insurance sent out; he spoke directly with our insurance company when needed; he made sure the roofing team had everything they needed and he gave us a daily report on their progress. He was super efficient and thorough. Although work on our roof was delayed a day due to inclement weather, the team worked diligently to finish the job in the allotted time. Gilbert purchased a huge tarp to cover our pool to protect it from falling debris. When the roof was complete, there was no trash left behind; in addition, a magnet sweep was done of our yard and pool to pick up any hidden nails and copper pieces. We were impressed with the quality of work and level of professionalism, care and concern that Texas State Roofing provided. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"I called, and I would guess that in 3 hours I had a new water heater installed and working at my office, and everything cleaned up. That is the wind up. <br /> After lunch yesterday, we noticed a very badly leaking water heater. I looked up plumbers on Angie's list and called Rick's. I left my name and number, and within an hour we had two service techs at our office. They assessed the situation, removed the old water heater, went and got the new one and then installed it. Our office was without water for about an hour and a half. <br /> I really like people that work like that! <br />"
