"I couldn't be happier with my roofing experience after signing on with BMG Restoration, LLC. For the past four years I've been struggling with insurance and roofing companies after minor storm damage. But after a recent large wind/hail storm, I knew I would have to go through all the headache again. Luckily, Brian from BMG Restoration walked up my driveway at the right time. <br /> Brian explained the roofing process from beginning to end. He helped me understand the different technologies currently used on the market, and the reasoning why he chooses to use them. He pointed out areas where I could save money, after discovering that my insurance policy wasn't necessarily helpful with regards to my large deductible coupled with my (surprising) ACV policy. <br /> Once it became time to replace the roof, BMG's crew was punctual per the schedule that was set forth by Brian a week ahead. With Brian's continued communication, I never ran into any surprises. The crew did an excellent job installing the roof in one day. And the clean up was excellent too. With my dogs and 3-year-old running around in our yard, there is no concern of stray roofing material or nails. Brian does a follow up the next day to make sure everyone is satisfied, and to verify the roof and cleanup meets his expectations too. "Jim was professional, tolerant of my need to redesign and make changes based on structural issues.  It was a project between two bigger projects for him.  I was glad he "fit me in" but also felt I had lost his focus as he got to work on the other project.  The plumbing was subcontracted and I liked the plumber he recommended.  Jim was quick to make anything that I was disatisfied with right.  Check the drywall work carefully.  His workers were not careful about filling in small divots and make the surface smoothe.  Check the paint jobs too.  Jim fixed and repainted the areas where the drywall was rough or the painting uneven but there were multiple areas that needed this kind of attention and I had to point them out.  I am very picky but expect to get what is promised.  He did come back and make the touch ups and he did add on a few more tasks (with added expense to me of course) which were not in the original contract.  I would use Jim again."

"Tyler and his crew were polite, hardworking, and kept the flowers and yard protected and clean as possible. We recently replaced the screen on our patio and because some paint had dropped down onto it, the men replaced all the screen wire at no additional cost to us. They were very easy to talk to and everything was discussed as the job went along."

"<p>He has done a custom-built closet, which turned out beautiful. He also has completely gutted and remodeled a downstairs bathroom. It turned out beautiful. We bought our hot tub from him when he was in the hot tub business. We have had the hot tub for 16 years. He does very good work and is pretty knowledgeable, but one has to have patience with him because he gets off in different directions sometimes. I put up with it because I like what he does. Some people might be a little bugged because sometimes he says he will be back tomorrow, but then doesn't show up until several days later.  The only issue I have with him is his timeliness. He is working on my deck right now. He is repairing where I have a 100-year-old tree that grew and put a hole in the deck and buckled it up. We are just getting started on that project. For us he has done carpentry, plumbing -- he installed all the toilets and did all the plumbing work. He is also a licensed electrician so he has done electrical work and you name it -- deck work. He is kind of a jack of all trades. Right now I know he is working on someone's basement, supporting steel beams and all that stuff. That is why he has not finished my deck work because he is busy with the basement. He also put in our garbage disposal for us. That guy has done so much I can't remember everything. I have been dealing with him, probably, 20 years plus. On the fence his cost was about $3,000 and the materials were the other $3,000. He will save people money because he has the customer buy the materials after he tells them what he needs. He takes no markup in the materials. He even went with me when I  bought the materials for the fence. He only charges you for his labor. I have several other project for him to do including putting on a garage roof. </p>"

Construct two new walls--framing, drywall, mudding,sanding, painting, trimming, etc. <br>3. installed new plumbing. <br>4. installed new walk-in shower unit with new controls and multi spray shower head, plus new curtain rod and grab bar. <br>5. Clean-up--vacuum dust and debris. <br>"

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."
