We were charged full price for flowers that were half dead. His response was water them and it will be okay. However, the slag seeped through the chain link fence into my neighbor's yard because there was nothing to keep it secured. I don't mind paying full price, but I do mind if I buy something I don't expect to have to bring it back to life. It should have been a fully mature healthy plant when I received it. The slag is just that - sloppy and uneven. I could have done that myself. I called Mr. Mack to let him know the neighbors would like for it to be cleaned up. However, he never followed up with them. I no longer recommend this company and will not use them again either. "
