"We had this company at our old house in the past 3 years for both interior and exterior. That home was difficult due to severe slopes and high roofs. They did an outstanding job there. Carl's team did an excellent job on our new home. It's not quite as high but 2nd floor is still pretty up there. We called for a quote on 07/17. We got a call that they could be there the same day. We cannot extole the professionism, attention to detail, communication and clean-up (not that much was required because the crew made sure of it) enough. We highly recommend this company for their promptness and attention to detail. We WILL! have them back for spring cleaning. To Prestissimo, our apologies for this late report. No excuses."

"It went very well. I tried "the other guy" but he never followed through like he said he would. I called Ugly Shingles and they were very responsive and did exactly what they said when they said. The guys were friendly and clean cut. Price seemed high, but I did not compare prices with any other roof cleaner. The only thing they didn't do was to call when they were on their way, which I had requested. But I did not have to be home when the roof was cleaned. Roof looks great, too. They cleaned the front half of the roof and I have a small ranch style home."
