We moved in approximately a week after the cleaning and found that several appliances were not cleaned as expected including the freezer section of the fridge which had brown stains, the broiler section of the oven which bad crumbs and sticky residue, the washing machine which had hair and debris inside, etc. We clearly did not get out money's worth and we're very disappointed with the quality of the work. I suspect a better job would've been done if we were there in-person, but we were taken advantage of in this situation."
