"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

Last week we had a problem with our plaster in one small section of our baby pool and even though out of warranty item they came today and fixed our plaster and we are up and running again. "Awful. If I could give 0 stars for professionalism... that would be the ideal answer. I hired Brian to remove a tree from my yard. While cutting the tree down, a piece fell and broke my neighbor's fence. Instead of coming to tell me, he tried to hide it until my son told me. Brian then said he would come back and fix it since it was a simple and cheap fix. That was the lie. Brian and his crew left as fast as they could and left the giant tree in large pieces on the ground. We attempted to contact him to fix his mistake and he completely ignored us. DO NOT HIRE."
