Three of the other four were unacceptable with not showing up for a scheduled appointment, even after several calls and planning the appointments. He was an excellent communicator staying in touch throughout the planning process as we had to wait out the extremely cold weather. Aaron also identified a specific requirement of my city's code for a wind and ice shield, which had not been mentioned by any other roofer. He made contact with my insurance company on two occasions and was able to get them to increase their original estimate for covering this requirement. Aaron always did what he said he was going to do. The job was completed by his crew in the exact time frame that he promised. They left the area perfectly clean.
