I was introduced to both of them and brought them down to where the control box was going to be installed. From there, they were off to work. They were done within a few hours and gave me a quick tutorial on the controller before going out and checking the system and the directions of the sprinkler heads one last time. "Walkway retaining wall veneer with new stairs. 22,000 cost. Update from my September 2025 review. After posting my experience online review about my dissatisfaction with the work and job not being completed. We both agreed to stop the work (after one year)and Rich to send me a total of 5,000 for broken stone stairs and incomplete work. A check was sent by Rich for the additional 2,500 after my first review was posted online in September this year. Funny how that works. I also noticed that another customer had hired Rich to performed some work. Then like me Rich hired another mason to perform the work without ever finishing the job. Just like the other review Rich said he fired that person. Same story Rich told me. See a patten here, that odd or a common practice? Gave one additional star to my first review due to Rich Peavey sending the second check for 2,500."

"After 2 1/2 years of not being able to secure a contractor willing to excavate or property we found Joe who told us, "No problem when do you want to start?" After receiving Joes quote we asked if he could build us a wall also. Joe stuck with us even after we were satisfied with the excavation. He encouraged to order gravel late on a Friday to finish up the site."

"We hired King’s Pavers and Masonry to install a paver walkway along the side of our house less than a year ago. Unfortunately, the pavers were sloped incorrectly, causing water to pool against the house, and the walkway is already collapsing due to poor workmanship. The pathway itself is uneven—making it difficult to roll a grill or anything else over it—and the overall shape of the walkway is noticeably crooked. While the work is under warranty, the company has refused to respond to repeated attempts to contact them, including certified mail."
