"I would give them a 0 star if i could. This company installed a high-efficiency, EPA-rated woodstove insert that does not heat the room it was installed in. I was told it was the “best bang for the buck” and a reliable unit, but that has not been the case. When I raised concerns after installation, I was told nothing was wrong and was even accused of using unseasoned wood—which was not true. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they dismissed my concerns and refused to help. Now I am stuck with a unit that doesn't work. The lack of accountability and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I will not be doing business with them again."

Joe arrived on the date agreed and was very punctual, He first explained very clearly the process that he was using and how effective it would be in preventing water from entering my basement through this crack in the foundation.
