"The experience was great. It took one day. There was minimal mess. No heavy equipment involved. We had this done in May and I waited over the summer to write a review. So far things look great. No signs of any settling or cracking issues. Many friends have remarked how great this looks and some have had it done in our area as well. <br />"

"We bought our house in mid-May 2012 and planned to move in July 1. We did the demo work ourselves. Our first contractor and crew was slow, disorganized, and messy. They had no sense of time. We hired Paul to put up our fence about mid-June, but when he saw the state of our house project, we ended up talking about that and hiring him to take over as general contractor. He brought in extra people to try to meet our deadline. <br /> When Paul came on board the beams had been replaced, some electrical and plumbing work had been done, the gas furnace was in, but the water heater still needed to be installed. The windows and patio door were in. The basement stairs had been done and work started on the downstairs bath. The walls were still at the studs. The place was a mess. <br /> Paul put together a crew that worked efficiently and even cleaned up at the end of each day. A lot of the previous plumbing work had to be redone. Apparently we'd had an unlicensed plumber previously. The on-demand heater was difficult to install but the new plumbing crew figured it out together with our furnace guy. Paul brought in a drywaller who did a wonderful job getting the walls up and finished. They even painted which we had planned to do ourselves. <br /> We could always contact him by text him to find out how things were going, what he needed. We didn't feel like we had to be there every day to stay on top of things. He understood our time schedule. We didn't feel like we were walking through a dump when we visited the house. He helped us through the inspection process. We didn't finish quite on time, but considering everything we did well to be just a few days later. We ended up spending a lot more money than we'd anticipated, but we got quality work done when we needed it. <br />"

"The ADCO OF SOUTH DAKOTA LTD were very clean, professional, and nice. I ask for references and got me references right away. They spoke to us respectfully, there are couple of times we ask questions they always said that we shouldn't have to worry about it. They don't have any problem answering and very well prepared. They came by with the color chart and gave us the address for the patio patterns so we could see the actual pattern for ourselves. Anytime I called them up, they always tell that they have time don't worry about it and always calling back. They gave me a time table when they start their work, they started on time, they cleaned up all things completely after work. They put a hole and damaged one of my sprinkler system, and when I told them about it, they came right by and pay to have a fix and they didn't argue, they have to see where it was and said, "Yes we did this", when they were putting in a barrier for the patio and wood planks all the way around it and one of the sticks pierced it. they told me that would I mind they will come by and look at it. they fixed right away paid for the whole thing. I don't have problem for anything. They are always on time, professional, polite, friendly and I was really happy with them specially after they settled things. They were best company for me."

"the over all experience was great. I spoke to him and he gave me an estimated quote of around 500.00 but he had to see all that had to be done. When he came to look at house and give me a quote he showed up right on time. After looking at the kitchen and looking at the old fence in back he gave me a quote lower then the phone one. first in installed the dishwasher, he was great taking off his shoes when entering my home. he cleaned up well after him self he did a great job in the kitchen, he had to tear out a cupboard and it was an odd size one but he basically made a new cabinet it looked like it had always been that way. Next i had a old fence that was here when i moved in but had never been put up. it showed a lot of wear and was that ugly color that unfinished privacy fence turns, rather then just put it up he said he could make it look new again. he brought out his tools and after a few days of work... i am not sure what he did but the fence looked brand new he then installed it and i am sure if a tornado came by that fence wouldn't move. over all he was very polite and seemed to have a large amount of pride in his work even in just the little things. i will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family and calling him this spring to do some more things for me."
