Please ignore that and give them a call for any roofing needs. This time, I worked with Jared, Pat's son. He was equally as, if not more, pleasant, fair, and super easy to work with. He responded in a very timely manner, set very realistic expectations for getting work done, and worked closely with us to make sure our heated driveway didn't get damaged from all the work. We never felt like he was price-gouging or trying to take advantage of us at all. Work was completed in a very timely and professional manner, and all the workers were very pleasant and professional. During the the quote, owner Chad Beard, was the only contractor who pointed out issues that needed to be addressed on the home and provided solutions. His explanations were thorough and informative to the point that I had talking points for subsequent quotes from other companies. It made it quite easy to eliminate other options. "The project went very well. The crew arrived ahead of schedule and went right to work preparing the area with protective tarps and ground cover. There are many flower gardens around the house and they made sure they were protected. The roof was stripped and all trash was thrown into a trash receptacle. Once the roof was stripped, the crew began reroofing. The entire house was reroofed by mid afternoon. I was very satisfied with the crew and the quality of the work performed. I would Extreme Exteriors for any home improvement project. I would give them a A Plus rating."

"Our experience with Kotch's was fabulous, start to finish. We have a very large home and replaced every window as well as the siding and gutters. He is very knowledgable about all options, took his time to explain everything, to make sure we were confident with our choices, and frequently checked in to make sure things were going well with the teams doing the job.
