A claim was filed with our insurance company. They approved the claim. Lucas did all the leg work with the insurance company which was a big relief for me. Did not have to initiate any phone calls. Installation came and went in one day. 40 square job. The crew didn't miss a step. Job well done, including clean up of all debris AND NAILS. Working with Lucas was a pleasure. No pressure. Very straight forward with everything. As I said it was a big job and well done! Glad I had them do the work. Very very pleased."

"Mike and his crew did an excellent job on my roof. I had a 2 layer tear off along with other unforeseen issues and everything was taken care of correctly the 1st time. Mike spent the time with me explaining what needed to be done in order for the new roof to last and answered every question that I had. Mike and his crew also installed my new gutters and some facia that had rotted over the years from the last 2 roofs not being installed correctly. His crew did an outstanding clean up job and even came back after completion to pick up any residual waste that appeared. I am extremely happy with Mikes services and I would highly recommend him to friend's, neighbors and my own clients."

"We have a side by side duplex. After wind damage, our roof sprung a leak. We tried contacting several roofers who had no time for us. Dale not only responded, but got us scheduled earlier than expected. He and his crew work as a team - nonstop. In less than 2 days we had a new roof and they corrected the flow angle of our gutters, which had been improperly installed previously. New wood was installed to replace the damaged wood (which our former roofers neglected). Their cleanup afterwards was impeccable! I mowed the lawn the next day and found no debris or nails. Dale doesn't job out. He is right there in the thick of things working with his crew. I could go on and on about how pleased we are. But, I'll just say that if you need roofing done, look no further than Smart Roofing!"

While their price was significantly higher than other bids I had received from Angie's List, I feel it was worth it, because of the work ethic of his crew. We have Pella triple pane windows, and a lot more than the average home. Their workers Dan (The Field Manager) & Nick (The General Manager) were phenomenal and worked great together. They showed up on time and worked on the inside of the house windows and were later joined by three other workers Brian, Emmitt & Viad, who worked on the outside windows of the house. As part of their window cleaning service, they also cleaned the screens and wiped down the insides of the window sill's. I was very impressed with the attention to detail that both Dan & Nick performed, along with going the extra mile, which reflects greatly on the service that their company provides.
