But Maxwell who scheduoed and priced my move called and asked me if I could change my appointment time from 9am to 1-3pm cause another job needed 4 trucks instead of 2. I agreed to help them out. Well that backfired on me! It turned into a rainy day with a storm coming. I had to travel from LI to NJ during rush hour with 2 cats. I left things behind because of these circumstances I have to go back now to get them from my neighbor. $25 Just in tolls! Today company told me I could not get any kind of compensation for my inconveniences. They had even lied about having a bigger job in the first place."

"Top notch white glove service all around. We hired Pro Express Moving with little notice as our new home in Florida become available a month early. Scrambling to find time to pack, Pro Express suggested to do the packing for us and honestly, it was a blessing. We worked out a timeline where we handed them the keys to our home in NJ the day before the move and we stayed at a hotel. We stopped by late in the afternoon on the day of the move and were pleasantly surprised on how perfect the packing of our things was. We left them and got a call from Pro when they were finished packing. We came back to do a walkthrough and everything was done better than expected. They scheduled the delivery to Florida per our timeline and arrived aas scheduled. They unpacked everything and it all arrived without a scratch. The managers and workers are super nice. The cost was as quoted with no surprises. This is our 6th move in 20 years and I wish I had used Pro Express with all of them. "

"I had called several places because this wasn't a traditional move and I wanted to make sure we would be covered. We had a total of 6 stops to make and some places charged extra for every stop that was made. Q's Moving did not. And also, Q's Moving starts their clock when they arrive at the 1st stop and it ends when they unload the last item. The move couldn't have gone more smoothly. They sent 3 movers which was perfect because some of the places we stopped involved 1 person staying with the truck. In Manhattan it's hard to stop on many streets, but they were able to make it happen and dealt professionally with any obstacles we had. They were quick, efficient and had an upbeat attitude which made spending 5 hours with them a pleasant experience. For our second day, they knew how to make the best use of space in the Pod, and how to pack things so they wouldn't be damaged during the trip. When the Pod arrived in Los Angeles, all was in good condition. One other thing I wanted to mention was how the company worked with me in setting up the move. I didn't know until the day before how many stops we would need to make or where they would be. I did know that the move would happen, just not all the details. I spoke to them at least a week before and they assured me that the move could be done on the day I needed and they held the time even though I didn't have details. I highly recommend the company."
