They worked all day on my yard, eliminating and removing 2 large oak trees, an extremely tall hickory tree, 9 pine trees, and a "widow-maker" deciduous tree in 100 degree heat. We came to an agreement. When the crew came, the arborist wasn't there (later found out she'd left and moved north). As far as I could tell, the crew didn't have the instructions we'd agreed on and they did some, not all of the work. What followed was back and forth, but after a few months they sent out the crew to remedy the missing work. They did a great job and I was very glad. I appreciate the office staying on it and making it right. I've used them for 24 years and happily look forward to continuing to use them. It's a lot to trust your trees to someone!"
