"Very courteous service person. Had to charge rate set by company which in my opinion was rather steep. However, it may have been same rate as charged by other companies. Fortunately, I have not had to call for electrical repairs in the recent past. All repair work - electricians - plumbers - repair for appliances - all very expensive. It is good we have individuals who can perform these services. My hope is those performing the work receive adequate pay rather than the company owners making all the money."
