"BUYER BEWARE! 0/10 Post-installation follow up & customer service. We had sod installed by Weedwhackers Lawn Care this year in the early spring. I mentioned that the sod seemed too far apart and it wasn't level in the back yard. I was assured that it would level out and that the sod would "fill in" as it took root. It didn't. Not only are there still gaps between the pieces of sod, there are spotty patches that never took, and the part of the yard where they "prepped" before the sod was installed, is very uneven. IChandler came back out over 6 weeks ago at my request. He agreed it needed to be re-leveled and said he'd get me on the scheduled. I've never heard another word from anybody from this company since then. I have made 7-8 phone calls & the receptionist assures me every time that Rob (I think that's the owner) will get right back to me. He never has. 100% DON'T RECOMMEND!"
