Small jobs welcome

"This was outstanding service from beginning to end! It was a quick text, pics of the haul, reasonably priced, and lucky for me, same day pick up. It was the smoothest part of this move so far. And the ‘dynamic duo’ who did the pickup were incredibly efficient and more importantly very considerate. I will definitely be calling them in the future."

"The first job they were quite expensive but did a very nice job.  The second job they more economical but the quality of the work was not as high, so we did not include them in the bid we were doing this year to have our back yard done.  I got the feeling they used the second job as fill work to do when they had no other jobs, so they didn't do it continuously and the quality suffered.  They didn't get it done in the timeframe we asked for before we were leaving town, so our neighbors ended up having to water the new seed while we were gone and they didn't do it right, so the lawn died in that spot."

"My experience with Brady's has been very pleasant. They were very responsive. Usually answering messages within an hour. My lawn was cut with care. There was no bunching. There were nice even patterns cut throughout. You could definitely tell the grass was cut for an even growth. I was able to set up and account online with them which made payment easier. They also let you know who it was that does the service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a lawn servicer."

"We have used Pro Tree several times in the past, and they always do a first rate job for us.  When they had finished, you couldn't tell that they had been there, except that the tree was gone. <br />"

"We live in a duplex that we bought in 2020 that already had a Pioneer Basement Solutions basement waterproofing solution in place. We just recently noticed there was some slight cracking in the concrete patching with some obvious water seepage and mold forming. Drew S. came out and did a great job explaining the work that was done, what would be causing these issues, and what it would take to remedy. Very patient with explaining and answering questions until we understood. While he was here, he took a look at some cracks in the basement wall, took some measurements and gave us his honest assessment. We just had another company come out to assess the wall that was bowing in, and gave us an $13,000 proposal, while Drew said that the movement is negligible, no immediate action is necessary, but to just keep an eye on it. He did the same for both sides of the duplex, and also inspected the exterior areas for possible water drainage issues. Very thorough and took his time to cover all bases. He scheduled with us for a few days later to perform warranty actions, and took care of everything. He was very respectful and ensured he didn't leave any trace/mess behind. He communicated with us everything that he was doing and gave us the rundown of what was completed before he left. Great experience with Drew S. and Pioneer! We are very happy and will be requesting Drew for any appropriate work."

"Let me start by saying I really wanted to give this company an excellent rating; instead, I am giving them a good one.  Starting with the positives, here's why: <br /> They did an excellent job removing a large brush pile from my backyard.  They also threw down some grass seed, which was definitely a bonus, so an A+ for that; <br /> They also did a really good job edging the front flower bed, so an A for that. <br /> Here is where the "good" instead of an excellent rating comes in.  I was not impressed with the spring cleanup.  Professional Property Care's quote for the spring cleanup was not the cheapest, but I hired them because they were willing to remove the brush pile, and could edge the flower bed.  Since it was late to be doing a cleanup, I had asked how long after they received the contract would it be before the work was done.  It was done fairly quickly -- within a week, I believe.  I asked the question because my yard needed a mow, and expressed my concern to the owner.  He told me not to worry about the grass because they needed to mow it to get rid of the leaves.  The back yard was mowed just fine.  However, the front yard was not mowed.  The owner later told me that a grass cutting was not included in the spring cleanup; the back yard was mowed as a bonus because the grass was so long.  He explained that the front yard was not mowed because it was mostly weeds (tall dandelions). <br /> The bottom line is this:  when I hire someone at a premium to do a job, it's because I expect them to do a better job than I could do myself.  When they were done, my front yard still looked scruffy (with the exception of the flower beds), and there was still work for me to do.  I give them a 'C' for the cleanup and a 'B' overall. <br /> <br /> <br />"
