"Nathan was amazing. Arrived on time every day and stuck to his time line. He let me know every time there was something we didn’t see and went the extra mile on the whole project. His rates are reasonable and he saved me a lot of time by providing materials for the job. I am definitely going to use him for my other bathroom. I like that my project was his sole job for the week and I didn’t have to extend the project with off days. He had a helper who was so respectful and kind. Both Nathan and Ryan were great with our dogs too. Very patient."

This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

I always defended 4 Seasons to all my neighbors and clients/friends when they would say how terrible 4 seasons was at telling them they needed unwarranted repairs or replacement. I never felt that 4 seasons was scamming me until yesterday. The tech told me that I needed 2 parts that were failing, but when I asked him to show me, he couldn't tell me why the parts were failing. He didn't know that I know my stuff and knew that the parts in question were just replaced and were just fine. So when I called the tech on it, he said that 4 seasons is asking their techs to find stuff wrong with their units to cover their as**es for the "No Breakdown Guarantee" that they offer customer for 1 year. So if something was wrong with their system, 4 seasons would not be liable since they "supposedly" found something wrong with the unit. They quote outrageous prices for the repairs to make you actually buy a new unit. This is not the ethical treatment I was used to for 20 Years. Very disappointed and now considering switching my loyalty to another company."

After the refinishing, they look like brand new floors, absolutely gorgeous, with a smooth, rich finish that completely elevates the look of our home. Not only was the quality of the work exceptional, but the price was also more than fair—especially considering the results. On top of that, they were incredibly professional: they showed up 15 minutes early, ready to work, and clearly take pride in what they do.
