"My technician, Art, was timely, professional and effective. He came over for a brief inspection in November. Arnold Electric promptly sent me a proposal, and I scheduled two sessions in December/January. For the first session, Art and one colleague worked diligently for the full morning. When Art arrived for the second session, he only had to do some minor tweaks because almost all of the work was already done. Art did the job we agreed upon and everything seems to be working as expected. He and the rest of the team are definitely talented, and I have zero complaints about the quality of the service I received. The pricing (agreed upon at the beginning of the project) seemed quite high after all was said and done. The total was $3,125 for around 11 man-hours of work in my apartment. I understand electricians have indirect costs, such as travel and administration, but I still feel as though I could have hired a different high quality/service-oriented electrician for less. When I brought this concern up with the Arnold Electric's office, they explained to me that they typically do not make adjustments to pricing (upwards or downwards) based on a proposal taking more or less time than expected. This seems like a fair policy, but I think I will shop around for my next project."

"They did some work on the kitchen appliances if I'm not mistaken they did okay. My wife was more involve with it because she was the one who was here when we actually had the interactions with them. I think it was  a couple of hundred dollars and  it was for the dish washer and it turned out it was a part or something that needed to be done something needs to be repaired in order for the part to work so we got charge for the part but the repair was actually never was really completed."
