"We just had our first lawn treatment with Rutland Turf. The technician, Matthew, was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He explained in detail what treatments he was going to put on the lawn. Matthew did a very thorough job making sure he treated all areas of our lawn. Rutland Turf has some very good equipment for their techs to use, and Matt was adept at using the ride-on lawn spreader/sprayer. We're very pleased with his work today! We have a small landscaping project that we'll be contacting Rutland about. After seeing the quality of their work today, we won't hesitate to have them give us a price for another project."

Terrific diagnostician and treatment proposals. We used her last fall for foundation spraying, again to inhibit and carpenter ants, and do a yearly preventative treatment. She was on time, did the work without commotion and was right on the mark. She gave clear instructions on not letting pets out for about 2 hours post treatment so it could absorb and dry. She made sure there was no rain expected to wash the exterior treatment away. She was careful on the property overall. She was the best exterminator we have ever had. Very educated on the work. Always comes ready for the unexpected and ready to move forward. Aardvark Solutions evaluates the customer without a preplanned, pattern of responding to ALL residential customers, and evaluates the specific needs in the immediate and if needed, also for a long term."

"They came out early on the day scheduled and worked through morning light rain until it came down more heavily. The crew returned the next day first thing in the morning and completed the work. It was carefully and meticulously done. I was asked to survey the work before they left and let them know if more needed to be done. When I pointed a couple of very small areas I thought could use more attention, they got right to it. It was a first rate job, with great customer service, done by friendly, highly profession people. "It took a couple contacts to get the arborist to tag the appropriate trees for removal (a rule for our neighborhood approval), but once that was all set, it went well. Their crew on the actual work day was smaller than expected (due to illness, they said), so they had to leave some large tree trunk sections and come back another day to remove them. They also had to come back because they forgot to remove a large hanging branch that was in the quote. We live in a heavily wooded area, so it is sometimes hard to identify all the specified trees and branches unless the arborist who did the original quote is present in person (he wasn't there the day of the actual work). The crew members were friendly and were careful using our neighbor's driveway to access some of our trees. Overall, happy with the service and would probably use them again (though not a certainty)."
