"We've had them, this is probably the third or fourth year.  It's looking pretty healthy.  Their responsiveness is very good, actually.  I've called them when I've seen some weird spots or something and they've come within a day or two.  He kinda just shows up.  When the weather's right and it's time to put something down, he shows up.  It's not like "I'll be there at 9:15" or anything like that.  He doesn't have to come in the house or even talk to me, so he can come at any time.  I'm usually home and I see him through the window, but other than that - it's not like an appointment - so it's hard to say if he's punctual.  We do normally chat, though.  He's a friendly guy.  It's not weird or anything, but he's friendly in a businesslike way.  Let's put it that way.  Sometimes he has a different assistant and sometimes he comes alone, I guess depending on what it is he came for, but yeah it's generally the same guy.  And he can be reached by e-mail instead of trying to play phone tag.  Like I saw some weird spots on the lawn a couple of months ago and I just e-mailed him and he got back to me and came by.  "
