And because I requested an addition to the scope (that took less than 4 hrs to complete), it gave them to freedom to charge me 8+ hrs over the estimation. They also 'accidentally' billed me for an extra $1000 of materials. All in all, went from a great experience to pretty bad one. I won't be using them again.
