We JUST had Patrick from Ark Foundation out, to examine why we were getting water in our basement; and he immediately diagnosed the issue as one of landscaping grading and drainage rather than foundation repair. He was SO helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and informative - and his advice directly went against any financial gain on his part (i.e., we weren't charged for the diagnosis; and his advice was to find a good landscaper). Foreman checked in often on the job. Tradesmen were able, friendly, informative, and cleaned up the site when they left (except for sawdust that was under the snow!) I'm already getting myself on their schedule for more work."
