"They delivered the trees when they said they would and they were very professional in how they transported the trees to the backyard.  They did not disturb the lawn in any way and they took care to make sure the tree was buried to the correct depth and was straight.  They wrapped the trees and staked them to ensure they survived and stayed upright.  They put down woodchips around the trees and cleaned up any stray pieces of dirt.  Excellent service."
