Not knowing where the source of the leak was, I turned off the water to the entire house and first thing on Monday morning I called a large local plumbing company and was told nobody could come until New Year's eve, or maybe the day after New Year's. I found Affordable Plumbing on Angie's List, called, and Don came within 3 hours. He identified the plugged sewer drain and snaked it right away which fixed the problem. While checking to see that all drains were working, he discovered a corroded drain pipe in the furnace room, beneath the concrete surface. He didn't have time to fix it then but made it workable until he could return, which he did after New Year's day. He fixed the hole in the pipe and tied in the condensation line from the furnace/AC. His work was efficient and high quality. He showed me everything he did and explained the work. I was very pleased with the service he provided.
