"I have been using Dan Collins for over a year.  Last year, I bought a 16-year-old house that still had builder's grade white paint throughout the interior.  I arranged for a painter, who changed his mind on the day he was supposed to start. I received Dan's contact information, called him that same morning, and he was out to look at the house that afternoon. It was a large job - 2400+ square feet, with every wall, ceiilng, and piece of trim, crown molding, chair rails, etc. needing to be painted.  He knew I was under a time crunch to get the work done and even though he had other jobs on his calendar, he still managed to put together a crew of 14 guys to come in over the weekend, set up scaffolding where needed, get a huge jump-start on the project.  He made sure there were at least 3 guys at my house every weekday, and then arranged for another large group to come in the following weekend.  The quality of the workmanship was nothing short of excellent.  His guys were polite, respectful, hardworking, diligent, and every single day they cleaned up their entire work area.  About 5 months later, I had his guys come back to paint our staircase, banisters, and the second floor railing which overlooks the first floor family room.  Again, another excellent job.  Most recently (2 weeks ago) I had his guys back again to paint the exterior trim around all our windows, our garage door, front door, two rear doors (one requiring repair due to wood rot), and once again, excellent work.  In the fall, we will bring Dan back in to paint our finished basement.  I wouldn't use anyone else!"

Mike & Tom (The painter) were absolutely fantastic to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of drywall repairs (as I did) and/or any painting job (as I also did). I have an open concept floor plan with a spot that needed to be repaired on the ceiling, along with the entire ceiling repainted, and you literally can't tell where the drywall patch was, the ceiling is cut-in perfectly, and looks better than new, thanks to the incredible work by Tom (And trust me, I pay very close attention to detail). It took a few weeks to get on their schedule, but it was 1000% worth the wait. If I ever have another paint job to do (that I don't do myself), they will be my first and only call. Believe it."

"My experience with Picasso Painting was excellent in all aspects of working with them. The owner, Rob Cook, was extremely reliable and professional - in his communications, scheduling, and workmanship. He’s a perfectionist, which in this line of work is an especially great trait. He and his team take great pride in everything they do - from the prep work including protecting everything in the area they are working and thoroughly preparing surfaces before any painting occurs all the way through to the final results and leaving the home the way they found it (or better!) I also liked that I could talk to Rob about my ideas for colors and he would help me with decisions as much as I wanted. And when the initial color I picked for one room wasn’t an ideal choice he called me to suggest I come look at it before he continued as he thought I wouldn’t be happy. He was right and I was appreciative he did that instead of just continuing on since I had said it was the color I wanted. "A dog sitter we should have never trusted started a small fire in our kitchen while we were away and caused a lot of damage. The insurance company estimated the damages and made a proposal. I’ve reached out to LHI, who I found here on Angie’s and had them come out and do an estimate. I was concerned that the money insurance company offered may not be enough. I let the estimator know the amount the insurance company offered and he said that they will make it work. I figured I will also ask for an estimate to repaint the remainder of our home since we are already redoing the kitchen and the dining room. I felt they were very reasonable in their pricing and I decided to let them do an entire house. They did a very good job and had we had any other painting work, I would not hesitate to hire them. In the meantime, I will recommend them to anyone looking for a fire damage restoration or painting."
