Installed a FENCE UNEVENLY and blamed it on the ground. NO restitution 3. Didn’t finish placing ARTIFICIAL GRASS. Paid in full. NO restitution. 4. A GARAGE DOOR installed incorrectly never corrected. paid in full. NO restitution 5. His workers broke things. NO restitution. Those were the big jobs. Plenty of indoor small jobs have simply FALLEN APART. I’m a patient and empathetic person when I see how hard people work and especially in the summer heat. The workmen on the first day caused damage to an adjacent floor and did a poor job with the leveling. To Steven’s credit, he immediately acknowledged the problems and arranged, at his own expense, for the floor to be refinished and the leveling redone properly. What was supposed to be a three-day project stretched into months because of these complications, and during that time we often doubted his assurances that he truly wanted the work done right. In the end, however, Steven stayed committed. After many conversations and much patience, the job was completed conscientiously and to our full satisfaction. He also gave us a substantial discount to help make up for the delays and inconvenience. While the process was far more drawn out than expected, Steven ultimately stood behind his work and made sure the final result was high quality. He is a man of integrity who really stands behind his work. This is something to truly be valued."
