He obtained one via overnight delivery from a dealer (Tampa) and had it installed and ready for pickup mid-day of the day after I brought the car in to Der Meister. There is a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on the repair, rather than the shorter warranty one normally finds at auto repair shops. I am new in Tallahassee, and I was previously unable to find anyone else willing (and competent) to work on my Jaguar in Tallahassee. Since Der Meister is both willing and competent, it appears I will be able to keep my Jaguar well-maintained locally. Der Meister's labor charge is $96 an hour, but they only charged for 1.2 hours of work. I am a satisfied customer, who will return.</p> <br />"
