"Mike and his team were prepared and extremely professional. He came out in the time frame that he said he would the pricing was incredibly fair, the quality of work was top notch. He spent some extra time explaining to my wife and I why we needed to replace some of our dated electronic component as opposed to just telling us it had to be done. We really felt like with his help we were able to make an informed decision and are more then happy now that he and his team have completed the job. His team was efficient with their time and now we feel safe knowing the work was done by a true professional. We will be referring Scotti Electric to everyone."

"We hired Chris Deao to upgrade the remaining knob-and-tube wiring in our 115-year-old house. Of the 3 electricians who bid on the job, Chris was the only one who went through the entire house identifying the circuits that would be affected, and was the only one who said he would pull a permit to do the job. (This was important to us, as we wanted to be able to prove that the wiring was upgraded if we ever sell the house.) Chris' electricians, Harry and Jamie, did a fantastic job on the project. They arrived at 8 AM, worked quickly and thoroughly, were super nice, and got the entire project done in 3 days at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them for any extensive wiring projects, and if you're having a hard time finding people to do knob and tube remediation, call Chris Deao."

Electricians do a fair amount of larger remodeling and new construction projects but also common residential projects including:

A truly skilled, well-equipped professional with a truck full of parts that charges $100 an hour can be a much wiser choice than an inexperienced hack, working with inadequate tools and no parts, but charging much less. Often, more experienced professionals get the job done quickly with warrantied work.
2. Compare Travel ChargesRates reflect travel times. Travel charges can have a big impact on your costs and are in some ways easier to compare than hourly rates. Many electricians spend a third or more of their time navigating traffic on their way to a jobsite. Every contractor must find a way to pay for the expense of driving each day.
3. Bundle Repair Jobs TogetherWhen you feel it’s time to call a pro, review your list and then conduct a mini-inspection of your home. Look for faulty switches and dysfunctional or crowded outlets. When the electrician comes, you’ll save money and time by getting everything taken care of at once.
4. How to Prepare & What to Know Before the Electrician ArrivesHaverhill Electricians are rated 4.9 out of 5 based on 204 reviews of 204 pros.
